As Guns’n’Roses ready themselves to perform in Las Vegas next month and shake the rust off with at least some of their original members, word on the street is that Slash and Duff McKagan are working together on unreleased and unfinished songs from the 2008 album, Chinese Democracy.

Apparently many of the tunes could be the ‘second half’ of Chinese Democracy, still intended for release.

Rumors have persisted for years that lead singer Axl Rose, the lone original member of the band to appear on Chinese Democracy, has been sitting on at least another album’s worth of recordings which could date back as far as 1997.
