Roger Daltrey, iconic frontman of The Who, is set to bring the curtain down on his nearly quarter-century-long run of Teenage Cancer Trust fundraising gigs in March. The week-long series of all-star shows at London’s Royal Albert Hall will benefit the British charity dedicated to providing nursing care and support for young people facing cancer diagnoses.

The lineup for the shows includes The Who performing with an orchestra on March 18 and 20, supported by Squeeze. Noel Gallagher will headline on March 21, with support from Blossoms. March 19 will feature a lineup of stand-up comedians (yet to be announced), followed by gigs on March 22 with Young Fathers and March 23 with the Chemical Brothers and DJ Paul Holroyd.

The grand finale, titled “Ovation,” on March 24 promises an unforgettable celebration of 24 years of TCT shows. The star-studded lineup includes Roger Daltrey, Kelly Jones of Stereophonics, Robert Plant with Saving Grace, Pete Townshend, Eddie Vedder of Pearl Jam, and Paul Weller.

Since 2000, Daltrey has been the driving force behind these fundraising shows, generating over $40 million to date. The funds have supported more than a million hours of specialist care from TCT nurses, contributing to the establishment of 13 TCT hospital care units and 28 specialized units within the NHS. Daltrey emphasized the impact, stating, “The £32 million raised from these concerts has been the foundation for the 28 specialised units within the NHS, as well as specialist nurses and youth workers to be there for a young person when cancer has turned their world upside down.”

Tickets for the farewell show will be available starting at 9 a.m. GMT on January 12. Looking ahead, the concert series will continue from 2025 with a lineup of guest curators, following last year’s edition featuring Daltrey alongside Richard Ashcroft, Joan Armatrading, Underworld, Kasabian, and comedian Alan Carr, among others.
